Base fee:

1. Thurs. & Fri. Sept. 17-18 Conference Sessions – $750.00
$750 Early Bird (through August 7, 2026) | $850 after August 7

This registration includes both Thursday and Friday conference sessions, plus:

3 breakfasts (Thursday, Friday & Saturday)
2 lunches (Thursday & Friday)
1 ticket to Thursday's Jacob & Anthony's Social Event
1 ticket to Friday's Awards Reception & Banquet (includes one drink ticket, hors d'oeuvres, and buffet dinner) No meal choices to select. Registration closes September 4, 2026.
2. Thursday, Sept. 17 Conference Sessions – $400.00
$400 Early Bird (through August 7, 2026) | $450 after August 7
This registration includes Thursday, September 17 conference sessions, plus:

1 ticket to the Jacob & Anthony's Social Event

3. Friday, Sept. 18 Conference Sessions – $400.00

This registration includes Friday, September 18 conference sessions, plus:

4. Thursday, Sept. 17 Jacob & Anthony's Social Event - Guest Registration – $60.00
This registration is for a guest of someone who is registered for the Thursday Conference Session and wishes to attend the Thursday evening event at Jacob & Anthony's.

$400/day (Thursday/Friday) | $750 both days

Regular registration after August 7
$450/day (Thursday/Friday) | $850 both days

Cancellation & Refund

Full refunds will be issued for cancellations received by September 8. After this date, registration fees are non-refundable, as final attendee numbers are submitted to the hotel for catering and room guarantees. Exceptions may be considered for extenuating circumstances — please contact us directly at nycct@suny.edu.
